Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Northwest Signature Cleaning LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. No Automatic Refunds

​

All services provided are non-refundable once completed.

Cleaning is a labor-based service, and results may vary depending on the condition of the property at the time of service.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-Clean Policy)

​

If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • We will schedule a complimentary re-clean to address the specific concerns

Re-cleans are the primary method of resolving service issues.

4. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

​

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Service was not performed as agreed

  • Access to the property was not utilized despite confirmation

  • Significant service failure that cannot be reasonably corrected

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellations

​

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge

  • Less than 24 hours notice: May be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Same-day cancellations: May be charged up to 100% of the service cost

6. No-Show / Lockout Policy

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time:

  • A lockout fee may apply

  • The appointment may be considered a completed service

7. Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.
