2. Services

Northwest Signature Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in select areas of Washington State, including but not limited to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Mercer Island.

All services are subject to availability and may require approval prior to confirmation.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to review and approval.
Pricing is based on property size, condition, and scope of work.
Deep cleaning services may be required prior to recurring service.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property differs from the information provided.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

If entry cannot be gained:

A lockout fee may apply
The appointment may be considered a late cancellation

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality service.

If you are not satisfied:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
We will arrange a return visit to address the issue

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitations of Liability

Northwest Signature Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
Damage resulting from faulty or improper installation of fixtures

Clients must inform us of any delicate or high-value items prior to service.

8. Health and Safety

For the safety of our team:

Clients must disclose any hazardous conditions
Aggressive pets must be secured
Unsafe environments may result in service refusal

9. Independent Contractors

We may utilize independent contractors to perform services. All contractors are expected to meet our standards of professionalism and quality.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for service delivery, communication, and business operations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
